The Shire of Mukinbudin is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their Administration Team in the role of Customer Service Officer / Property Manager.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the administration and management of Council owned and managed properties, together with general customer service duties. This includes the administration of tenancy agreements, rental arrangements, inspections, maintenance coordination, compliance obligations and record keeping.
