As Home Care Manager you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Shire’s Support at Home and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP). You will oversee consumer assessments, care planning, workforce leadership, financial management, quality and compliance, continuous improvement, community engagement and audit readiness.
