Lake King Tavern built in 1987 is a beautiful rammed earth building with cathedral ceilings. The tavern is light and open, features a straw ceiling and huge Oregon trusses. The bar boasts a great selection of beer and wine, the restaurant has a full menu of Australian pub cuisine plus specials changing daily. In winter there is a large open fire roaring and leather couches to relax and get cozy upon.
The motel is a separate building with 27 modern, light, open units and large clean bathrooms. A mix of king singles, queens and motel rooms.
